How fast can I see results?
First signals on paid channels (CTR, CPL stabilizing, conversion data) typically show in weeks 2–4. Stable, scaled performance with reliable ROAS and CAC numbers usually takes 60–90 days. We're skeptical of any agency promising “results in 7 days” — it usually means they're optimizing for vanity metrics, not revenue.
How is this different from in-house?
An in-house team makes sense once you're running ₹15L+/month in media spend and need full-time channel experts. Below that, you get more leverage from an agency — you tap into senior media buyers, creative teams, and tech infrastructure at a fraction of the cost of building it yourself. We work alongside in-house teams too, often handling specific channels (LinkedIn, YouTube) while in-house owns Meta + Google.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Always. Day 1, day 100, day 1000. We get manager-level access to your existing accounts (or set up new ones in your name). If we ever part ways, you keep everything — campaigns, creative assets, audience lists, conversion data, dashboards. No agency lock-in. Ever.
What about minimum ad spend?
For our retainer model, we recommend ₹10K/month minimum media spend — below that, the platforms can't collect enough conversion data to optimize. For our hybrid and % of spend models, the minimum is ₹1L/month and ₹5L/month respectively. We'll honestly tell you if your budget is too low for performance marketing to work — sometimes the right answer is “wait 3 months and come back with more budget.”
How do you track conversions in 2026 with privacy changes?
Server-side tagging via GA4 + Meta Conversions API + Google Enhanced Conversions, hooked into your CRM or backend. We don't rely on browser pixels alone — they're ~30% accurate post-iOS 14.5. Every account we run gets first-party data infrastructure built early so attribution holds up. What's the contract / cancellation policy?
Month-to-month contracts. 30 days' notice to cancel. No long-term lock-ins. We earn the renewal every month with results — if we're not delivering, you should leave. Most clients stay 12+ months because the unit economics keep improving, not because they're stuck.
Do you handle creative or just buying?
Both. Performance marketing in 2026 is 60% creative, 40% media buying — the algorithms have largely automated targeting, so what separates winning campaigns from losing ones is creative variety and refresh cadence. We produce 15–30 new ads per month per client (static, motion, UGC-style), test ruthlessly, and kill anything that doesn't hit benchmarks within 7 days.
