Interfaces that
ship fast, convert hard.

Conversion-led product design for SaaS, mobile apps, marketing websites, and e-commerce. We design, prototype, and ship in 3-4 week sprints — not 6-month decks. Built for Indian startups, SMBs, and product teams.

Before & after

Less is more, but only when it's right.

Three real product redesigns. Same business, same data, same goals — cleaner UI, fewer screens, sharper conversion.

Project 01 · SaaS dashboard

From boxy 2018 layout
to clean 2026 product.

A B2B SaaS client's dashboard had grown to 47 sections over 4 years. We rebuilt the IA from scratch, killed dead screens, and surfaced what matters in 3 clicks instead of 7.

Project 02 · Mobile app onboarding

From 8 screens of friction
to 3 screens of clarity.

A fintech app was losing 64% of users during onboarding. We cut KYC fields, deferred non-essential steps, and turned compliance forms into conversational flows. Drop-off cratered.

Project 03 · Checkout flow

From confused cart
to fast 2-step checkout.

A D2C brand had 78% cart abandonment. We collapsed 4 checkout pages into 2, added inline error states, and fixed mobile keyboard handling. Revenue jumped before we touched the ad spend.

How we work

From kickoff to live
in 3-4 weeks.

Four stages, fixed timelines, real deliverables at each step. No 6-month "research phase" before you see a screen.

01Week 1

Discover

Stakeholder interviews, competitor audit, user research, current-state teardown. We learn your product as well as you do.

  • Audit deck
  • User insights
  • Project brief
02Week 2–3

Design

Wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototype. You see screens by Day 10. Two review rounds baked in.

  • Figma file
  • Clickable prototype

03Week 3–4

Handoff

Dev-ready specs, component library, edge-case states. We work alongside your engineers (or ours) until ship date.

Our design principles

How we think about every screen.

No fluff, no design theatre. Six rules that shape every decision we make — from button placement to navigation IA.

/ 01

Boring is professional.
Quirky is risky.

Users don't want to be entertained by your settings page. They want to find the toggle and leave. Design for clarity first, personality second.

/ 02

Every screen answers one question.

If a screen tries to do everything, it does nothing well. Identify the primary user question per screen and ruthlessly cut anything that doesn't answer it.

/ 03

If users need a tutorial, the design failed.

Onboarding tooltips are bandages, not cures. The interface itself should teach — through affordances, hierarchy, and progressive disclosure.

/ 04

Mobile isn't smaller desktop.

Thumb zones, one-handed flows, network reality, keyboard handling. Mobile is its own design surface with its own grammar — not a responsive afterthought.

/ 05

Speed is a feature.
Treat it like one.

A 200ms perceived delay tanks conversion measurably. We design for skeleton states, optimistic UI, and instant feedback — not just final pixels.

/ 06

Accessibility isn't optional.

WCAG AA contrast, keyboard nav, screen reader labels, focus states — baked in from the wireframe stage. Not retrofitted as a checkbox before launch.

Real client work

Numbers from real product redesigns.

Anonymized client names per NDA. Full case decks shared on request after a strategy call.

How long does a typical design project take?
Most projects fit a 3-4 week sprint: Week 1 for discovery and audit, Weeks 2-3 for design and prototyping, Week 4 for handoff and QA. Smaller scopes (single landing page, 5-10 screen redesign) wrap in 10-14 days. Full product redesigns at 30+ screens run 6-8 weeks. We commit to a fixed timeline before starting and miss it less than 5% of the time.
Do you write code or just design?
We design. We don't write production code. But we're fluent enough in modern stacks (React, Next.js, Flutter, SwiftUI) that our handoff is dev-ready — component-based Figma libraries, real spacing tokens, edge-case states, and animation specs. If you don't have a dev team, we partner with vetted Indian dev shops we've worked with for years. We don't markup or rebrand their work as ours.
Will you work with our existing design system?
Yes. If you already have a design system — whether that's a tight Figma library or a loose set of conventions — we work within it and extend it. We'll flag inconsistencies and propose cleanups, but we won't throw it out. If you want a system rebuild, we treat that as its own scope.
What tools do you use? Can we collaborate live?
Figma for design (you get edit access from Day 1), FigJam for whiteboarding, Notion or Linear for project management, Loom for async walkthroughs, Slack for daily updates. You see screens as they evolve — not just at review meetings. We're comfortable working alongside in-house designers, PMs, and engineers in your existing workflow.
What if we want to make changes after design is done?
Two rounds of revisions are baked into every project. Beyond that, change requests are scoped and quoted — usually small ones we absorb, structural pivots get a quick estimate first. No surprises, no "additional charges" without your approval. For ongoing work, we recommend an embedded retainer where iteration is continuous.
Do you do user research and testing?
Yes, but lightly by default. Every project includes a competitor audit, user persona work, and analytics review of current state (if your product is live). For deeper work — user interviews, usability testing, A/B test designs — we add a research stage to scope. We're realistic about what research budgets early-stage and SMB clients can carry.
Can you work as an embedded designer for our team?
Yes. Our retainer model places a senior designer 50-100% on your team for 3-12 months. They join your standups, attend planning, ship incremental design alongside your roadmap. Best fit for product teams scaling fast or pre-Series A startups that need design horsepower without a full-time hire.
